Blake and I took a road trip out to visit our friends, Gabe and Alecia Dickes, last weekend. Gabe and Alecia are spending the summer in Stockton, California (about an hour and a half outside of San Francisco), where Gabe has been working since April. Blake and I left very early Thursday morning to get a jumpstart on the 11-ish hour drive. Although long, it was well worth it to be able to see and spend time with our friends. We spent the long weekend doing all kinds of fun things…

We went to a park one day just to play around and found paddle boats
...ours was a dragon and Gabe and Alecia's was a swan!
Before going to the park we stopped by Target to pick up some toys to play with...this is our Avatar glider!

It was like watching little boys on Christmas day!
We had so much fun visiting our cute friends...we miss them already!
